NOTE
Happy
New Year
to
everyone
out
there.
What an
incredible
transition
into
2009 it
has
been.
Things
are
picking
up,
everything
is
moving
much
faster
than
ever,
and the
rate of
personal
evolution
and
growth
is at an
all-time
high. I
can feel
it from
within
and
without,
as I'm
sure you
can as
well.
One of
the most
important
aspects
of
transformation
that
worked
for me
this
past
year was
in the
recognition
that,
through
my
mental
and
emotional
processes,
I had
been
resisting
the flow
of
life's
energies.
Every
second,
at all
times of
the day,
it is
imperative
to
understand
that we
can
align
ourselves
with the
high-vibrating
joy,
love,
and
peace
that we
are. It
is
available
to us at
all
times.
But we
need to
open up
to it,
which
many of
us are
just now
beginning
to
understand
how to
do. Time
is
running
short,
though,
from an
evolutionary
standpoint,
and if
you want
to pull
yourself
out of
the
negativity
that
runs
rampant
on this
planet,
and that
maybe
has
inundated
your
life up
to this
point,
then now
is the
best
time to
do so.
Begin by
recognizing
how
lucky
you are,
and do
that
right
now.
Honor
how much
you
really
do have,
and how
many
blessings
are in
your
life
each and
every
moment
of every
day.
Forget
about
the
guilt
and the
anger
that
we've
built
from the
past.
Avoid
the
stresses
and
anxieties
we
harbor
toward
the
unknown
future.
And tap
into all
the joy
and
beauty
that is
a part
of us at
this
very
moment
-- at
every
nanosecond
of our
existence.
This can
be done,
and it
can be
done
right
now. I
very
much
look
forward
to being
a part
of the
major
shift in
energy
that is
transforming
this
world in
which we
live
into the
garden
state
that
we've
all
imagined
ourselves
